Prices are $120.00 per person with your choice of three canapes, two entrees, two mains and two desserts.


  • Premium Tasmanian smoked salmon on cucumber with crème fraiche and caviar
  • Siu mai baby dim sim served with sweet chilli and soy sauce
  • Button mushrooms filled with marinated feta and crushed garlic butter
  • House made sausage rolls
  • Prawn and ginger dumplings with sweet chilli and soy sauce

Soup Entree

  • Roast pumpkin with herb oil (gluten free)
  • Minestrone with rissoni pasta
  • Potato and leek with croutons and chive sour cream
  • Pea and parmesan
  • Antipasto share platter to table, inclusive of cured meats, olives, dip, Tasmanian cheeses, crostini and biscuits (extra $3 per person)


  • Goulburn valley eye fillet with potato galette, French beans and red wine jus
  • Lamb rump with sweet potato, snow peas, zuccini batons and rosemary jus
  • Chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto stuffed with feta and spinach, parmesan mash, broccolini and baby herbs
  • Crispy skinned fresh barramundi with a light fennel salad, parsnip puree, asparagus tips, truss tomatoes, drizzled with white truffle  oil  and caviar
  • Crispy skin pork belly with apple puree, roasted parsnip, baby vegetables and pork jus
  • Atlantic salmon with creamy mash, asparagus, herbed garlic, lemon, tarragon sauce and baby herbs


  • Sacher framboise with double cream and lemon balm (gluten free)
  • Raspberry pavlova roulade with mixed berry coulis (gluten free)
  • Chocolate pavlova roulade with mixed berry coulis
  • Opera cake with walnut crust,double cream and dehydrated raspberries
  • Shared platter of mini desserts to the table
