Prices are $130 per person.

Your choice of three canapes, two entrees, two mains and two desserts.

Canapes

  • Premium Tasmanian smoked salmon on cucumber with crème fraiche and caviar
  • Steamed Shanghai pork and prawn dim sum with sweet chilli and soy sauce
  • Button mushrooms filled with marinated feta and crushed garlic butter
  • Oriental bbq pork, drizzled with star anise and cinnamon sauce
  • Caramelized onion and blue cheese tart with thyme
  • Thai beef spoons
  • Salmon mousse with fresh prawns and caviar in a crisp filo basket
  • Prawn and ginger dumplings with sweet chilli and soy sauce

Entrée

  • Crispy skinned fresh barramundi with a light fennel salad, parsnip puree, asparagus tips, truss tomatoes, drizzled with white truffle oil and caviar
  • Tortellini filled with goats cheese in sautéed spinach, pine nuts and a burnt butter with fresh sage sauce
  • Lamb cutlets with pea puree, parmesan mash, baby herbs and truss tomatoes and rosemary jus
  • Cured salmon with feta, beetroot and pea shoots with a horseradish dressing
  • Sliced lamb rump, creamed peas, confit truss tomatos and rosemary jus

Main

  • Goulburn valley eye fillet with potato galette, French beans and red wine jus
  • Crispy skinned fresh barramundi with a light fennel salad, parsnip puree, asparagus tips, truss tomatoes, drizzled with white truffle oil and caviar
  • Chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto stuffed with feta and spinach, parmesan mash, asparagus and baby herbs
  • Crispy skin pork belly with apple puree, roasted parsnip and baby vegetables
  • Atlantic salmon w creamy mash, asparagus with lemon, garlic, tarragon sauce and baby herbs
  • Four point rack of lamb with creamy mash, baby carrot, zucchini and rosemary jus ($5 per person additional)

Dessert

  • Sacher framboise with double cream and lemon balm
  • Raspberry pavlova roulade with mixed berry coulis and lemon balm
  • Chocolate pavlova roulade with mixed berry coulis and lemon balm
  • Opera cake with walnut crust, double cream and dehydrated raspberries
  • Lemon tart with double cream and lemon balm
  • Choc royale with vanilla anglaise and cigar stick
  • Shared mini dessert platter including Belgium choc mousse cups with fresh raspberries, mini lemon meringue pie, macaroons, mini eclairs, opera cake, peppermint rocky road, and mini raspberry cheesecake
